Hills Alive underway

Posted:

More than 60,000 people filled Memorial Park today, for the Annual Hills Alive Festival.

Saturday was the first day of the two day Christian rock concert festival.

Jamie Knepp, the Afternoon Drive Host with KSLT, says this year they've added inflatable bouncy houses for kids, and a new program called Day of Hope.

The program helps  the community by providing groceries, haircuts and other basic services.

Knepp also says since they bring in big name artists, she expects the crowds will continue to grow.
