Two Lead children get free dental work

Posted:

Two children from Lead got a special surprise in Spearfish Wednesday.

Smile for a Lifetime is a non-profit, national charitable organization that is providing six area kids with free orthodontic care.

Neil Mattson, 15, and Cheyenne Cropper, 8, and their families had applied for this award. Wednesday night, both families walked into Meyer and Dana Orthodontics, thinking they needed to discuss more information on their applications.

Instead, to their surprise, these two Lead families were selected from a large number of Northern Hills applicants to receive free orthodontics.
