Judge Mary Thorstenson told the court today she's eager to bring the matter to trial and it could happen by August.

Schauvon Tobacco, Cassidy Grosz, Audiss Hebrew, Adam Poor Bear, and Matthew Wright are charged with first degree burglary and conspiracy. Grosz and Poor Bear also have probation violations to deal with.

The March 6th  crime spree reportedly began with a robbery at the corner pantry on lacrosse street.

One of the suspects allegedly fired a bb gun and a police officer returned fire. No one was hurt.
