Kabobs - KOTA Territory News



1 oz mushrooms, stems removed
6 oz sirloin (cut into 1 1/2" cubes)
yellow onion (cut into 1 1/4" slices)
green pepper (cut into 1 1/4" slices)
tomato (cut into 1 1/4" slices)
marinade or seasoning of your choice

Slide ingredients piece by piece on metal skewer, starting with sirloin. Continue adding pieces to skewer until each kabob weighs 9-10 ounces.

Place kabobs in a container; season or marinate to taste then refrigerate until ready to grill.
