
2 pints fresh blueberries
6 oz simple syrup
3 oz butter
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Heat a medium saute pan to medium high heat. Add blueberries and simple syrup, cooking only until the mixture is not. Add butter and stir with a wooden spoon until the butter is incorporated.
Divide the berries into 4 bowls and top with ice cream. Serve immediately.
