Running a few miles every day is a good way to stay in shape.
But have you ever tried running 50 miles a day for three months?
That's what Glenn Caffery is trying to do.
This Massachusetts man started in Oregon last month and isn't going to stop running until he gets to Rhode Island in August.
He's doing it to raise awareness of Alzheimer's, the disease that took his father in 2002.
With just a stroller filled with camping supplies and food, Caffery is trying to raise money for Alzheimer's research.
"I get up in the morning as early as I can, and I run until it's dark, and I go to sleep," he said. "And I feel like that's my job."
Caffery added that he feels like a "part of this bigger thing of people learning about Alzheimer's, people sharing stories about Alzheimer's."
