Some friends of ours have a new laminate floor in their living room, and two very large dogs that had badly scratched the new flooring.
We decided to try an old time trick to hide the scratches on hardwood floors but didn't know if it would work on laminate.
We took a pecan half, broke it in two, and rubbed the newly broken edge over the scratches. It worked beautifully.
It's a cheap fix, and it's better than replacing the flooring or buying rugs to cover the scratches.
