BIG HORN, WYO. -

Polo games and tournaments attracted dozens of people to the Flying H Club in Big Horn.

The club is one of the few summer clubs in the United States playing high-goal games for some of the world’s greatest polo players.

United States and international polo players participate in high-level polo games and tournaments.

The players compete in three preliminary matches to qualify for the Gallatin Ranch Cup Saturday.

Although Big Horn is a small town, the club has a big name in polo. The highest level of polo in North American is the area.

Polo manager Boone Stribling says the games are a great way to spend time with the family.

“You’re encouraged to come on out, bring a basket or we have food available here, and enjoy the matches. We have the best players from all over the world here playing this summer, so it’s very high-level polo,” said Stribling.

Polo games are every Thursday and Saturday from 1- 3 p.m. until August 23rd
