A suspect in a 2002 Goshen County homicide is set to stand trial this November.
39 – year – old Theodore Arnold is charged with 1st Degree Murder for the death of his father Donald Arnold. Back in March, Theodore Arnold was extradited back to the region after officers contacted him during a drug investigation in Hawaii.
Arnold is also charged with: Use of a Firearm While Committing a Felony, Felony Attempt to Commit a Crime, and two counts of Motor Vehicle Larceny (Greater than $1,000).
Arnold is being held without bond, and the trial is expected to begin on November 17th in Goshen County District Court.
On February 4, 2002 Donald Arnold was found murdered in his home with multiple gunshot wounds. His son disappeared after the incident, and was was later incarcerated in Hawaii on larceny charges.
