The concern over a southern hills visitor is over. He's been found, although he never was actually missing.
Last night, Blaze Starkey finally called his family. Also last night, he was spotted walking along the Needles Highway in Custer State Park.
A search was initiated when Starkey's family became concerned about a lack of contact. They had last heard from him Friday.
