4 onions, sliced thin
1 bag BBQ potato chips, crushed
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/ 2 c milk
DirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees.
Butter a casserole dish.
Place onions in dish, then top with a layer of crushed BBQ potato chips, then cheese. Repeat two times.
Drizzle in milk and top with soup, then add more chips and cheese on top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
