Grilled Herbed Chicken Thighs



Ingredients

6 good-sized chicken thighs
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all herb ingredients into a rub mixture.
Rub into chicken, into and on top of skin.
Set aside for an hour or so to let flavors soak into chicken.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Grill thighs until juiced run clear, about 20 minutes, flipping once.
