2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1 c (2 sticks) melted butter, cooled
1 c chopped pecans (can use walnuts)
1/2 c whipping cream
DirectionsCombine eggs, sugar, flour and cocoa. Beat until completely combined and smooth. Add melted butter and pecans and beat on medium speed for about 1 more minute.
Pour into a 9" cake pan, lightly greased and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Whip cream and confectioner's sugar (to taste) until stiff peaks form. Cut cake into squares and top with the sweetened whipped cream.
