Restaurant week kicks off in Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - Restaurants in Downtown Rapid City are cooking up meals and deals during their third annual Restaurant Week.

13 restaurants are participating and offering a pre-selected menu where you can get either an appetizer, entree or drink combination for twenty dollars. At Que Pasa, you can match a margarita and their Diablo Shirmp dish.

At Independent Ale House, you can choose two draft beers or wines and pair with a pizza. This is a fun event that encourages local business and offers a way to give back.

"Restaurant week is our way of giving back to our beautiful guests that support us during the year," said Myrie O'Neill, General Manager of Que Pasa.

"It's an amazing way for local Rapid City businesses to come together and do exactly that. Support local, eat local, and see a little bit of more the dining that we have to offer," said Samuel Miller, Bartender at Independent Ale House.

Resturant week ends Jan. 20.
