RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - Thousands make their way to Sturgis for the Rally, but on the way they stop off at Exit 55 off of Interstate 90, where the Black Hills Harley-Davidson is located.

The popular spot offers a different flavor by representing 140 of the industry's best brands, hosting unique vendors, selling one of the best selections of new and used motorcycles, and merchandise.

The exit always draws a big crowd, and this year, they drew an even bigger one than last year, and had all types of people pass through.

"The 77th annual Sturgis Rally started out with a real bang and we were extremely busy and our numbers were up,” said General Manager and Co-Owner of Black Hills Harley-Davidson. “What we saw was people coming a little earlier and leaving a little earlier, which tells us that maybe they are from a little further out."
