Cut-A-Thon seeks donations for food drive

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - Headlines Academy will host its annual Cut-A-Thon on Wednesday, Dec. 6. For a food or monetary donation to the KOTA Care and Share food drive, discounted haircuts, eyebrow waxing, shampoos and massages by the minute will be offered.

A silent auction will be held as well as a raffle. Raffle winners will be announced every hour.

The event will take place from 11:15 a.m. until 7 p.m.

The KOTA Care and Share food drive will continue through the month of December. Prairie Berry Wintery and their brewery are accepting food donations through the end of the month. You can also donate food to the bins located in Family Fare and Safeway stores and at Grandview, Seton and St. Thomas more schools.

All donations to the food drive will go to Church Response.
