Homemade Salsa

  • 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Combine well.  Chill for 3 hours.  Best if served fresh.
