Sentencing is delayed for a Chicago man who confessed to several sex crimes in Lawrence County.
4th Circuit Court Judge Randall Macy is waiting on the results of 22-year-old Juan Otero's psychological evaluation.
In August, Otero pled guilty to raping a 15-year-old girl in Deadwood and possessing child porn.
Otero met the girl online and traveled to the town in August 2008 where he videotaped the sex crimes on his cell phone.
Although he wasn't sentenced today, his family members who flew in from Chicago gave their testimony anyway.
They said he is a good boy who made a mistake because he's in love.
Defense attorneys said psychological evaluation should be done in a few weeks.
