With rally season closing in, two main construction areas on Interstate 90 will be back to normal starting this weekend.
There will be two lanes open both ways and the construction at Black Hawk and Sturgis will be suspended until after the rally. The South Dakota Department of Transportation said they don't foresee problems during the rally. The Black Hawk construction will be 80% complete once westbound lanes open Friday and eastbound construction will begin in August.
There are three more phases to go in Sturgis, the next one taking place after the rally and the final two, starting next year.
